Ram Talluri is the director of Lead IT Corporation and has over fourteen years' experience within the IT industry. He has played the leading role in the organizational development of the company since day one. Ram is the corporate visionary and leads the senior management team in setting the company's strategic direction, while engaging directly with clients and partners around the globe.
Ram originally led the merger of Moon Technologies and Zircon Systems Incorporated. The organizations had a different focus but he saw the strategic synergies and identified the leverage of merging the two companies forming Lead IT Corporation. Ram has always held the companies vision and is the principle in developing the corporate "win" strategy. He also takes a vigorous stance in social responsibility initiatives and is very active in charitable contributions worldwide.

As CEO Rajani is responsible for Lead IT's day-to-day-operations, as well as leading the company's development and technology strategy. She is responsible to plan, coordinate and direct all operational activities within the organization. Rajani works closely with the executive management team and provide direction for all departments and mission critical objectives throughout the business. She also oversees all financial aspects of the organization including, banking, accounting and payroll.

Prasad Narla CPA
M.P. Narla, MBA has over 30 years' experience in public accounting and taxation. He has held senior level positions in industries and practices spanning from CA/CPA firms, heavy industry, manufacturing, information technology, shipping, the hotel industry, construction, health care and international joint ventures. He provides tax and accounting services, including tax planning and international tax compliance, FATCA issues covering India Assets, FBAR Consultation and Filing as well as preparing plans and valuations of business entities.

Michael Durr General Counsel
Michael M. Durr has served as Lead IT's general legal counsel since its start. He is a partner in the law firm of Sgro, Hanrahan, Durr & Rabin, LLP in Springfield, Illinois. He earned an A.A. degree from Lincoln Land Community College, a B.S. from Illinois State University, and a J.D. from Southern Illinois University. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and was nominated by a survey of his peers to the Leading Lawyers Network, of which he is currently a member.
